Sec. 2.
Nothing in the pretreatment rules is intended to affect any pretreatment requirements, including any standards or prohibitions, established by local ordinance of any political subdivision of the state as long as the local requirements are not less stringent than any set forth in national pretreatment standards or any other requirements or prohibitions established under the Clean Water Act or the pretreatment rules.
