Section 327 IAC 5-1.5-63 - "Sludge" defined

Sec. 63.

"Sludge" means any solid, semisolid, or liquid waste generated from:

(1) municipal, industrial, commercial, mining, or agricultural operations;

(2) water pollution treatment or control facilities;

(3) air pollution control facilities; or

(4) water supply treatment plants; exclusive of the treated effluent from a water pollution treatment facility.
