Section 327 IAC 5-1.5-55 - "Schedule of compliance" defined

Sec. 55.

"Schedule of compliance" means a schedule of remedial measures, including an enforceable sequence of actions or operations, including construction, leading to compliance with an effluent limitation, other limitation, prohibition, standard, or another permit condition.
