Section 327 IAC 5-1.5-15 - "Effluent standard or prohibition" defined

Sec. 15.

"Effluent standard or prohibition" means a regulation adopted by the administrator of the EPA, under Section 307(a) of the Clean Water Act, which restricts or prohibits the discharge of a toxic pollutant, based on the toxic qualities of that pollutant, and does not mean an effluent limitations guideline.
