Section 327 IAC 5-1-1.5 - Prohibitions

Sec. 1.5.

Except as provided in 327 IAC 15-14, the discharge of sewage, treated or untreated, from a dwelling or its associated residential sewage disposal system, to the waters of the state is prohibited.
