Section 327 IAC 2-4-2 - Wastewater defined

Sec. 2.

For the purpose of this rule ( 327 IAC 2-4 ), wastewater is defined as the liquid and water-carried wastes from industrial, municipal, commercial or confined animal feeding operation.
