Section 327 IAC 19-2-45 - "Surface water" defined

Sec. 45.

"Surface water" means waters present on the surface of the earth, including:

(1) streams;

(2) lakes;

(3) ponds;

(4) rivers;

(5) swamps;

(6) marshes; or

(7) wetlands.
