Section 327 IAC 19-2-27 - "Manure release" defined

Sec. 27.

"Manure release" means any unexpected, unintended, abnormal, or unapproved dumping, leakage, drainage, seepage, discharge, or other loss of manure outside of an approved waste management system and not in compliance with 327 IAC 19-14.
