Section 327 IAC 19-2-20 - "Highly erodible land" defined

Sec. 20.

"Highly erodible land" means land that has a high potential to erode based on site-specific characteristics, such as:

(1) slope length and steepness;
(2) soil erodibility; and
(3) rainfall;

as defined by the USDA-NRCS and Farm Service Agency maps.
