Section 327 IAC 17-2-5 - Review requirements

Sec. 5.

The department shall review the notice of intent to determine whether the proposed activity is within the scope of the minimal impact general permit. If the department finds that the proposed activity is not within the scope of the minimal impact general permit, the department shall notify the person proposing the wetland activity that a permit is required under 327 IAC 17-3 or 327 IAC 17-4, as applicable.
