Section 327 IAC 15-2-2.3 - Public notice and comment

Sec. 2.3.

The commissioner shall make draft general permits available for public comment for not less than thirty (30) days, consistent with Section 402 of the Clean Water Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1342) .
