Sec. 6.
(a) A permit issued under this rule is effective for a period of five (5) years from the date the permit is issued by the department.(b) To obtain renewal of coverage under this rule, the information required under 40 CFR 122.21 * shall be submitted to the department no later than one hundred eighty (180) days before the expiration of coverage under the permit.(c) The permittee must submit an application in accordance with section 5 of this rule to renew a permit. *These documents are incorporated by reference. Copies may be obtained from the Government Publishing Office, www.gpo.gov, or are available for review at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Office of Legal Counsel, Indiana Government Center North, Thirteenth Floor, 100 North Senate Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
