Sec. 1.
This rule ( 326 IAC 8-6 ) shall apply to:
(1) existing sources (as of January 1, 1980), located in Lake and Marion Counties, with potential emissions of 90.7 megagrams (100 tons) or greater per year of VOC, not limited by other rules in this article (326 IAC 8); and(2) sources commencing operation after October 7, 1974, and prior to January 1, 1980, located anywhere in the state, with potential emissions of 90.7 megagrams (100 tons) or greater per year of VOC, not limited by other rules in this article (326 IAC 8).Air Pollution Control Board; 326 IAC 8-6-1; filed Mar 10, 1988, 1:20 pm: 11 IR 2546; readopted filed Jan 10, 2001, 3:20 p.m.: 24 IR 1477
