Section 326 IAC 8-15-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.

This rule applies to any person who:

(1) sells;

(2) supplies;

(3) offers for sale; or

(4) manufactures;

consumer products, on or after June 1, 2011, for use in Indiana.
