Section 326 IAC 6-5-6 - Commencement of plans

Sec. 6.

All sources subject to this rule ( 326 IAC 6-5 ) shall have an approved control plan and shall start said plan:

(a) Within twelve (12) months after December 13, 1985, or as otherwise specified in the approved plan, by sources located in primary nonattainment areas for total suspended particulate matter.

(b) As expeditiously as possible, but no later than December 31, 1989, or as otherwise specified in the approved plan, by sources located in secondary nonattainment areas for total suspended particulate matter.

(c) The date operation commences for new sources.
