Sec. 3.
(a) Sources specified in 326 IAC 6-5-1(a) shall submit a fugitive particulate matter emissions control plan or request an exemption from the control plan within six (6) months following December 13, 1985.(b) A control plan or request for an exemption from the control plan shall be included in all permit applications and submitted to the commissioner by those sources specified in 326 IAC 6-5-1(b).(c) Any control practice or measure has been used to determine applicability or exemption of this rule ( 326 IAC 6-5 ) shall be incorporated into the source's operating permit.
