Section 326 IAC 25-1-3 - Eligibility criteria

Sec. 3.

(a) Participation in ESP or CLEAN is voluntary and is open to entities located and operating in Indiana that meet the following criteria:

(1) The standard of environmental compliance as described in section 10 of this rule.

(2) Conduct continuous environmental improvement initiatives as described in section 12 of this rule.

(b) In addition to subsection (a), members in ESP shall implement and maintain an EMS as described in section 11 of this rule.
