Sec. 1.
(a) The provisions of this rule apply to each chromium electroplating or chromium anodizing tank at facilities performing:(1) hard chromium electroplating;(2) decorative chromium electroplating; or(b) The air pollution control board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 63, Subpart N*, National Emission Standards for Chromium Emissions from Hard and Decorative Electroplating and Anodizing Tanks. *This document is incorporated by reference.
