Section 326 IAC 20-46-1 - Mineral wool production; applicability; incorporation by reference of federal standards

Sec. 1.

(a) This rule applies to mineral wool production facilities as provided in 40 CFR 63.1177 *.

(b) The air pollution control board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 63, Subpart DDD*, national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants from mineral wool production.
