Section 326 IAC 20-32-1 - Publicly owned treatment works; applicability; incorporation by reference of federal standards

Sec. 1.

(a) This rule applies to the owner or operator of publicly owned treatment works as provided in 40 CFR 63.1580 *.

(b) The air pollution control board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 63, Subpart VVV*, national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants: publicly owned treatment works.
