Section 326 IAC 20-30-1 - Oil and natural gas production; applicability; incorporation by reference of federal standards

Sec. 1.

(a) This rule applies to owners and operators of emission points that are located at oil and natural gas production facilities as provided in 40 CFR 63.760 *.

(b) The air pollution control board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 63, Subpart HH*, national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants from oil and natural gas production facilities.
