Sec. 4.
Determination of compliance with the lead emission limitations established pursuant to section 2 of this rule shall be made in accordance with the procedures outlined in 40 CFR 60, Appendix A, Method 12,* and 326 IAC 3-6, Source Sampling Procedures.
