Sec. 8.
(a) Each owner or operator subject to this rule shall comply with the requirements in 326 IAC 14-8-3 and 40 CFR 61.245 *.(b) To determine whether or not a piece of equipment is in benzene service, the methods in 40 CFR 61.245(d) * and 326 IAC 14-8-3(c) shall be used, except that, for exhausters, the percent benzene shall be one percent (1%) by weight rather than the ten percent (10%) by weight described in 40 CFR 61.245(d) *. *These documents are incorporated by reference.
