Sec. 1.
(a) This rule ( 326 IAC 14-6 ) shall apply to plants, as defined in 40 CFR 61, Subpart F, which produce: (1) ethylene dichloride by reaction of oxygen and hydrogen chloride with ethylene;(2) vinyl chloride by any process; and/or(3) one (1) or more polymers containing any fraction of polymerized vinyl chloride.(b) The board hereby adopts by reference and incorporates herein 40 CFR 61, Subpart F, Emission Standard for Vinyl Chloride. Copies of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) may be obtained from the Government Printing Office, 732 North Capitol Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20401 or from the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Office of Air Quality, 100 North Senate, Indiana Government Center-North, Tenth Floor, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204.
