Section 326 IAC 11-4-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.

This rule applies to facilities for producing fiberglass insulation by the superfine (flame blown) process existing on June 19, 1979, located in Shelby County. Facilities shall be exempt from 326 IAC 6-3.
