Section 313 IAC 6-1-2 - Administration

Sec. 2.

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), this article is administered by the corporation.
(b) This article does not apply to a person who has contracted with the corporation, if the person is conducting business of the corporation, or to any of the following while performing official duties for the corporation or its board:
(1) An employee of the corporation.
(2) A member of the board.
(3) An employee of the board.
(4) A member of the board advisory committee.
(5) A law enforcement officer.
