Section 312 IAC 9-10-8 - Fish stocking permits

Sec. 8.

(a) A person must not stock fish unless a permit is obtained from the division under this section.

(b) An application for a fish stocking permit shall include the following information:

(1) The species and number of fish to be stocked.

(2) The location of the waters to be stocked.

(3) The reasons for the stocking.

(4) The date of the proposed stocking.

(5) The source of the fish to be stocked.
