Section 312 IAC 9-10-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.

This rule governs special licenses and permits applicable to the management of wild animals. A license or permit issued under this rule may authorize the possession, sale, or disposition of a wild animal which would otherwise be unlawful under this article.
