Sec. 4.

"Berry" means the fruiting body of the following:

(1) A blackberry (Rubus).

(2) A blueberry (Vaccinium).

(3) A dewberry (Rubus).

(4) An elderberry (Sambucus).

(5) A gooseberry (Ribes grossularia).

(6) A huckleberry (Ericaceae).

(7) A mulberry (Morus).

(8) A raspberry (Rubus).

(9) A serviceberry (Amelanchier).

(10) A strawberry (Fragaria).
