"Greens" means the aboveground shoots or leaves of the following:

(1) Asparagus (Asparagus officinalis).

(2) Dandelion (Asteraceae).

(3) Mustard (Brassicaceae).

(4) Plantain (Plantaginaceae).

(5) Poke (Phytolaccaceae).
