Section 312 IAC 6-5-2 - Procedures

Sec. 2.

(a) Before the department takes an agency action to issue or deny a license under this rule, IC 14-11-4 and 312 IAC 2-3 govern.

(b) After the department takes an agency action, IC 4-21.5 and 312 IAC 3-1 govern.
