Section 312 IAC 6-4-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.

(a) This rule establishes standards for the placement or maintenance of a pier, including a marina or a group pier, along or within the ordinary high watermark of a navigable waterway.

(b) This rule is administered by the division of water and the division of law enforcement of the department.
