Section 312 IAC 6-2-7 - "Public or municipal water utility" defined

Sec. 7.

"Public or municipal water utility" means a "public utility" under IC 8-1-2-1(a) or a "municipally owned utility" under IC 8-1-2-1(h), which is operated to furnish water.
