Section 312 IAC 5-2-5 - "Boat race" defined

Sec. 5.

"Boat race" means a contest of speed, skill, or efficiency involving one (1) or more boats. The term includes:

(1) practice sessions;

(2) qualifications; and

(3) parades; on a public water preparatory to a contest.
