Section 312 IAC 5-2-26 - "Permanent structure" defined

Sec. 26.

"Permanent structure" means a structure that reasonably requires the use of machinery for installation and removal. Generally included is any structure in or over a public water that uses poured concrete, steel sheet piling, timber piling, or fill material for support.
