Section 312 IAC 5-2-21 - "Motorboat" defined

Sec. 21.

"Motorboat" means a boat propelled by an internal combustion, steam, or electrical inboard or outboard motor or engine or by any mechanical means, including sailboats that are equipped with any such motor or engine when in operation (whether or not the sails are hoisted).
