Section 312 IAC 5-11-3 - Big Cedar Lake, Whitley County; small lake boating exemption

Sec. 3.

Big Cedar Lake in Whitley County is exempt from the prohibition established under IC 14-15-3-10 against the operation of a motorboat in excess of ten (10) miles per hour from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day of the week (Sunday through Saturday).
