Section 312 IAC 4-2-1 - Oath of allegiance

Sec. 1.

Each conservation officer must subsequently take and abide by an oath to uphold all laws and local ordinances and to comply with court decisions and orders of courts having jurisdiction. The form of the oath shall be as prescribed by division director.
