Section 312 IAC 4-1-4 - "Conservation officer" defined

Sec. 4.

"Conservation officer" has the meaning set forth in IC 14-8-2-53 and is a law enforcement officer under IC 9-13-2-92 and IC 35-31.5-2-185.
