Section 312 IAC 4-1-17 - "Probationary officer" defined

Sec. 17.

"Probationary officer" means an officer employee of the division, who has completed satisfactorily the Indiana conservation officer recruit school and the Indiana law enforcement academy, with less than one (1) year of service.
