Section 312 IAC 3-1-11 - Conduct of hearing; separation of witnesses

Sec. 11.

(a) An administrative law judge shall govern the conduct of a hearing and the order of proof.

(b) On a motion by a party before the commencement of testimony, the administrative law judge shall provide for a separation of witnesses.
