Section 312 IAC 29-6-8 - Filing comments or objections on coal bed methane application

Sec. 8.

Any person may file written comments or objections or request an informal hearing related to the coal bed methane permit application:

(1) thirty (30) days after publication as required by section 7(b) of this rule; or

(2) thirty (30) days from the date of the division's notification letter for persons receiving notice in accordance with section 7(c) of this rule.
