Section 312 IAC 29-3-5 - Notice of approval or denial of applications

Sec. 5.

Unless otherwise provided, notice of division action on an application submitted under IC 14-37 and this article shall:

(1) be provided to the applicant and to:

(A) each person who filed objections to the application;

(B) each person who participated in an informal hearing relating to the application; and

(C) any other affected person; and

(2) include instructions for seeking administrative review under IC 4-21.5.
