Section 312 IAC 29-24-4 - Enforcement associated with tank batteries

Sec. 4.

Failure to construct, operate, and maintain a tank battery facility in accordance with IC 14-37 and this rule may result in the revocation of permits for wells for oil and gas purposes for wells associated with the tank battery facility.
