Section 312 IAC 29-2-99 - "Person owning or controlling an applicant" defined

Sec. 99.

"Person owning or controlling an applicant" means one (1) or more of the following:

(1) An individual who is the applicant.

(2) Based on instruments of ownership or voting securities, owning of record in excess of fifty percent (50%) of an applicant.

(3) An officer or director of the applicant.

(4) A general partner in a partnership.
