Section 312 IAC 29-2-64 - "Gas well" defined

Sec. 64.

"Gas well" means any well that:

(1) produces natural gas not associated with oil; or

(2) produces more than ten thousand (10,000) cubic feet of natural gas to each barrel of oil produced from the same producing formation.
