Sec. 37.
"Cushion gas" means, for purposes of underground gas storage, the volume of gas required as permanent storage inventory to maintain adequate reservoir pressure for meeting minimum gas deliverability demands throughout the withdrawal season. Cushion gas may also be referred to as "base gas".
