Section 312 IAC 29-2-19 - "Cement" defined

Sec. 19.

"Cement" means ground clinker generally consisting of hydraulic calcium silicates and aluminates and usually containing one (1) or more forms of calcium sulfate as an interground additive. The term may also be referred to as "Portland cement".
