Sec. 122.
"Tank battery" or "tank battery facility" means an area where one (1) or more tanks have been placed for the purpose of storing and managing produced fluids received from wells for oil and gas purposes or resulting from the treatment of produced fluids. Included also would be associated fluid processing equipment such as separators and heater treaters. The term does not include a location where temporary or portable tanks are used to store produced fluids produced in connection with well completion, workover, testing, or plugging operations.
