Section 312 IAC 29-2-119 - "Spill" defined

Sec. 119.

"Spill" means any unexpected, unintended, abnormal, or unapproved dumping, leakage, drainage, seepage, discharge, or other loss of crude oil or saltwater from any operation governed by IC 14-37.
